UPC 0,8W & POLARIS 39E

I have Debian server with local on Phoenix reader:
-UPC 0,8 w new ICE card (0d97)
-Polaris 39E (4aee)
Card is overclocked, low ecm times!
Need:
Sky DE
Digi TV HU,SK,CZ
French cards (19E)
moviistar (1810)
Max TV (16E)
Canal Digital (0,8w)
and other good real cards.
Looking stable partners!
