Power Board PB-Enigma II VX-Ferrari Ferrari for dm8000

Release 2011-10-18





Besides the familiar stuff is still an opportunity to come to install Camd by hand.
When installing Oscam can even choose whether they want a stand-alone or in addition to Camd another Camd (eg CCcam).

Furthermore, some mistakes have been corrected, eg The swap is now available after a restart,
NFS and Samba servers can now be installed via browser addon etc.

Important: Neuflashen is mandatory!

Bugfix: some small fixes for openvpn
Bugfix: configsaver crashed when u restored a playlist, which already exists. fixed saving on a medium which is formatted in fat
Bugfix: some devicemanger fixes
Bugfix: installer for picon installation with all kind of devices which have a non alphanumeric character in the devicename
Bugfix: dvd/cd playing fixed. dvdautomount removed from expert settings. not longer needed
Added: Kerni.NN2.No2-MD (thx to Kerni)
Added: enigma2-plugin-extensions-mediadownloader depend for simplerss
Added: enigma2-plugin-extensions-yttrailer (thx to _Dr_Best_)
Removed: xmltvimport from feeds. not longer works with new e2

Multiboot: No support for multiboot. Not planned. No need for such a tool.
GP3wizard: No support for gp3wizard. Probably not running. Not needed in Newnigma2 environment.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Blue - Newnigma2 Services - System Tools - System preferences - check for update OFF

   Further improvements to an excellent set of PB VX E2 Images!!!

Online translator engine from German to English says:

On the basis of the OpenPLi sources cometh PBNIGMA II VX...

Changes from OpenPLi:

- PB own mount system (it will not auto-mount)
- Flash Expander
- Amended Picon installation dialog (path can be selected during installation)
- a different Bootlogo
- a different Spinner
- autoFS
- Switch to udev (Full Device System)
