Possibility to Set subtitle added transparency speedup satellites overview
Updated enigma code to correctly display the information in the OSD.

- Use bouqup/bouqdown buttons to display EPG of prev/next service when in EPG overview.
- show marker in EPG overview when an EPG entry is overlapping with existing timer.
