allow a offset either set by mfg in firmware, ie 2000 for viewsat and sonicview,

this is a crucial item missing from openbox, sathawk, skybox, and other similar units, I suspect the same factory develops all these boxes, for a hint on how to do it they should look at the captiveworks cwlmc 4000 hd receiver.

Also missing is turbo-fec support for north american hd, in the dreambox I can put my legal subscribed card into it, and use it to watch the channels I PAY for, on dm800hd using skywalker 8psk turbo fec usb adapter I can watch my paid for bell tv channels and my dish network channels which are both turbo fec.
