A few days ago I had the same problem on one receiver,
Check Power Supply Mainboard there is a problem

Hi trie to put the file via rs-232, I had that problem,and i fixed,that way..............

i have the same problem but the rs232 loader wont conect and ive tried different programs and they wont connect pls help

Have you read the help file ?
It could be a problem with the com port on your PC ~ try changing the com port to COM1, COM2, COM3 etc !
