- changed local README documentation about "AVOID EMM FLOODING"
- added local README documentation about "EDITING CONFIG FILES"
- solved a bug involving not updating an expired card (EMM not trasmitted to card)). You must set oscam.dvbapi
- many configuration files are changed. Please DON'T OVERWRITE this config files with yours.
Edit new files adding your personal customization
- zeroed oscam.srvid and oscam.provid : theirs huge data can slower OSCam and can freeze.

>> ENABLE A NEW CARD (inactive) NEVER USED BEFORE <<
>> OR RENEW AN EXPIRED CARD <<
1) works only in local card, not remote card
2) AU must be enabled in [dvbapi] (oscam.conf) and for dvbapi_qboxhd user (oscam.user)
3) have ONLY one [reader] set to your local card
4) you must edit conf/oscam.dvbapi and add "P: [CARD_CAID] 1" (i.e. P: 183D 1)
5) stop oscam
6) zap to a FTA channel (no CA pids)
7) start OSCam and after cards are initialized ...
8) zap to a channel where you receive activation/renewal EMM and start the activation process (phone to call center, provider website ....)
9) wait some seconds or minutes or hours .... after sometimes channel will be descrambled.

>> AVOID EMM FLOODING <<
Sometimes some providers send many EMM (hundreds/second)
This EMM flood can stop working your local or remote Oscam server
To avoid this, please set in QboxdHD (not in remote server) oscam.server in every [reader] section:
emmcache = 1,2,2
blockemm-g = 1

>> EDITING CONFIGURATION FILE <<
Many users change their configuration files in a Windows environment.
After that they copy new files using FTP. And nothing works !!
USE A UNIX COMPLIANT EDITOR !!!
You can check if something wrong telnetting into your QboxHD and then do a
"less filename" (i.e. less /var/oscam/conf/oscam.server )
If you see a "M" at the end of each text lines, file format is WRONG (it's in Windows format)
You can fix using dos2unix (i.e. dos2unix /var/oscam/conf/oscam.server )
which convert a text file into Unix format

OSCAM 4026 QBOXHD (and MINI)

More important:
fix duplicate newcamd users, cccam: added full cccam 2.2.x support, cccam: fixed password check, cccam: fixed password auth + small things and fixed others small errors.
