Q.Can I share my Cline/Nline?
A. No, we do not allow resharing. Your line is unique and only for you but if you would like to add multi-room you can do at an extra cost

Q. Payments and renew subscription , What kind of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Bank Transfer, Neteller, Card payments also Skrill please ask for further details. NO PAYPAL!

Q. What equipment do I need to use your service?
A. All you need is a satellite dish pointing at your desired provider (i.e. SKY) a Dreambox or similar running CCcam and a broadband connection.

Q. Can I use a receiver other than a Dreambox?
A. You can use any receiver that will run CCcam/Newcmad. Please check with the manufacturer of your receiver to see if it can use CCcam/Newcamd before joining the service.

Q. I Have not used my line in 5-6 months?
A. ALL lines that have not been connected or used for a period of 5-6 months will be removed with NO REFUND!!

Q. Can I re share my lines brought from you?
A. Any lines brought from me can not be re shared to several customers under same line anyone caught doing this will get a BAN and NO REFUND back as it goes against our policy and you will Loose all your lines!!. ( Multi room can only be shared to only per connection brought )
