Aktuelles Build aus dem OpenPli mit unseren Anpassungen

Basis ist das git von OpenPli Stand 13.08.2010.

Changelog:
- Load /etc/enigma2/satellites.xml if it exists
- Automatic update of satellites.xml
- Submenu navigating (home/end)
- Strip the sillyness out of NimManager
- VolumeControl.py: move instance to class
- make the VolumeControl instance global accessible and add a singleton check

- Ă„nderungen am Webinterface
- geänderte keymap.xml (spulen in den Aufnahmen etc.)
- CCCam 2.0.11 - 2.1.4, Oscam.2919 ( WebIF Port 88 ), Scam3.59, MGCamd 1.35a vorinstalliert

- MultiQuickButton
- PermanentTimeshift
- SHOUTCast mit Aufnahmefunktion
- AspectRatio Switch auf Help Taste

Anmerkung:
Die zusätzlichen EPG Plugins (Autotimer, IMDB, OFDB, Suche, Merlin) sind mit langem Druck auf die EPG Taste zu erreichen.
