Hello I have Opticum 9600 want to prepare for cs. With his software i try to connect to internet DHCP dont work , when i try to put my self ip adresse and getwey prim dns asking me for MAC adrese?

Is that problem in software or with receiver? If somebodey can please help me with that and tutorials for instaling software (firmware) plugins all i need? Without rs232 i cant find to by ?
