Taking an OSD (On Screen Display) Screenshot in the AzBox HD
========================================

This has been posted around the net in many forums.

Simply put you can log into your box via telnet and type a command that results in the on screen display being saved to your Data directory of the AzBox.

Heres how.

Open a telnet session and connect to your box.

> telnet {press enter}telnet > open 192.168.1.2 {press enter} <-- Put here you satellite boxes i.p. address.Trying 192.168.1.2...Connected to 192.168.1.2.Escape character is '^]'.AZBox login: root {press enter}Password: {press enter} <-- Type your password (Note it doesn't show onscreen, nothing appears - this is normal)AZBox[~]$ admin_control /DATA/picture/capture01.png {press enter}
DO NOT PANIC if your prompt is TD210$, or MMP$, this depends on the firmware you are using and may change

You can choose whatever name you want to save your images, ie:

AZBox[~]$ admin_control /DATA/picture/TV_GUIDE_01.png {press enter}

or

AZBox[~]$ admin_control /DATA/picture/Network.png {press enter} even

in the same image. (http://img16.imageshack.us/img16/5879/networkd.png)

Title: tutorijal za instalaciju Multicasa uz pomoč Multicasedit-a
Post by: antox on December 04, 2009, 02:22:55 PM
(http://img14.imageshack.us/img14/3848/capture04n.png)
odaberemo server i ok
(http://img10.imageshack.us/img10/2834/capture02.png)
i skinemo prvi
(http://img11.imageshack.us/img11/7207/capture03q.png)

(http://img12.imageshack.us/img12/5426/screenshot001jb.jpg)
Sad idemo Plugins---> OpenXCAS--->Download Executable
(http://img10.imageshack.us/img10/7609/capture05.png)
I onda --> Install (/tmp/Camd.tgz)
(http://img11.imageshack.us/img11/7290/capture06q.png)
zatim idemo na aktivaciju instaliranog emua --> Activation & Priority Settings
(http://img156.imageshack.us/img156/882/capture07.png)

(http://img9.imageshack.us/img9/7076/screenshot005zp.jpg)
Sad idemo na polja ispod brojki i unosimo podatke
(http://img10.imageshack.us/img10/349/screenshot006lv.jpg)
- Ispod brojke 1 ide Dyndns vašeg servera
- Ispod brojke 2 ide port vašeg servera
- Ispod brojke 3 ide username vašeg servera
- Ispod brojke 4 ide port Pasword servera
- pod opciju enable obavezno stavite True
i kliknite na update

Sad kliknemo na drugu, teću itd... liniju i sve ponavljamo opet
(http://img9.imageshack.us/img9/7661/screenshot008wt.jpg)
i na kraju stisnite send to AzboX
thanks Zupy..
Title: Tutorial for MultiCAS installation + setting it up as CCcam cl

MultiCAS
*Version 1.61C-A09 *Release date: 14/12/2009

Quote
- Add : Add Support new_biss.key file.
-> When Start MultiCAS, MultiCAS will be try to reading this file..
-> Everything can be control by user...
1) Here is how to install MultiCAS from a file you get on a forum like this one:

Start your FileZilla Client [for instance, freeware!] -> get into AZbox HD -> Plugins -> OpenXCAS -> MultiCAS -> delete all "example" files, openxcas.conf and multicas emu_module.

Put in:
-openxcas.conf
-new_bis.key
-emu_module files

from a file one gets from a forum like this one.

Give emu_module CHMOD to 755 by right clicking on it -> File Permissions -> Change file attributes -> numeric value to 755 -> OK.

Reboot.

The right version should be showing in AZbox HD MultiCAS menu. All CCcam and Newcamd servers should be preserved, if you put them in before!

Server details are in MultiCAS in /tmp file: ccc_serverstatus.info

=======================================

2) It is possible to install and configure it all out via remote, if the file is available to download from azboxworld, straight into your AZbox HD:

First, stop all other emus and activate ONLY MultiCAS [the # thing, using the blue button on your remote, as you may have read in my "Alternative Guide", where you will get a lot more info on many more subjects...]

If one already had MultiCAS installed, normally one just downloads and installs the new MultiCAS "executable" from the net straight into the AZbox HD. No need for a "config" file and no need to uninstall the previous version already installed in your box.

A) Home -> Plug-ins -> OpenXCAS -> DOWNLOAD EXECUTABLE -> you will see the support server link to get your plug-ins there:

B) Download and install the latest MultiCAS by pressing on the OK button of your remote!

C) Get the configuration files for EMUs/CS SW from DOWNLOAD CONFIG, in the same part of the "Plug-ins menu", if there are such specific files for the latest version.

If not - no need to do this step. It seems that if you had the previous version of MultiCAS already installed [and it was all functioning], and the writers had not provided us with a specific NEW config file - the old config file will function with the new version of MultiCAS just the same.

At this point it is good to reboot your AZbox HD!

D) So, when it reboots, using your remote control ,go to Home -> Plug-ins -> [as described above...] -> MultiCAS -> Smart Card Splitter and CS.

E) Change the following, using your REMOTE:

-change the Mode to Client CCcam [if, like me, you have no smartcard to play with and share] - you can connect to other people's servers

-choose Server No. 1 [when done with the first one, move this one to 2, then 3 etc. - as many as you need, up to 16, I think...]

-choose Host Name Use - write something like: something.dyndns.org [whatever the data you get from your server/"peer", for instance somenickname.dyndns.org or whatever your server is called like - I DO NOT HAVE A SERVER, THIS IS ONLY AN EXAMPLE!!!],

-choose the Port - 12000 or whatever it is that your peer tells you to use

-User Name - whatever it is [you must have a username that normally your peer gives you and put in his server to allow you access to his server]

-Password - whatever it is [like above]

-Server - Enable

-Connect - test it [but only AFTER I enabled the one which appears below it, on the TV screen...]

It should say "login success"...

Repeat for all the servers you have, to check...

Red Button = Save.

F) But still: as soon as I wanted to get out of there, using the Exit button on my remote, it first asked me, in a little pop-up window, if I want to login to all my servers now. Press OK, of course. It will connect to your peers aaaaaand.... colours!!!

If not, change the channel and then it should connect! If not - reboot and check again...

The new version shows you the information, as to which server it is trying to hook onto and if it's a success...

G) If you have peers with a Newcamd server, you can ALSO connect to a Newcamd server directly, now!!! Configure it the same way as CCcam Client, using your remote, for instance.

Or you can connect to your own NewCS server, if you are using NewCS 1.20 RC13, which can use the AZbox HD's built-in card reader.

So, if you do not want MultiCAS to read your smartcard inserted in the built-in AZbox HD card reader, you can disable the MultiCAS access to it, using the following file in MultiCAS folder of your AZbox HD.

cardreader.cfg
Quote
###### Disable or Enable option for cardreader of MultiCAS
###### Disable_CardReader = 1 -> Disable-Internel CardReader / Disable_CardReader = 0 -> Enable-Internel CardReader
Disable_CardReader = 0
In that case, you can activate [the blue button command, removing # in front of it] and configure NewCS' [v. 1.20 RC13] Newcamd protocol, to read your card. I will presume you have installed it, activated and configured it properly [and that NewCS supports your card, of course]. More info about it a bit later...

You can even connect your NewCS card reader and MultiCAS by using MultiCAS Newcamd protocol.

Hfmls tested it with Nagra3 Cabo card [I bothered him] and he says it works. Buggy. But it works.

We await further improvements.

============================================

3) Another way of editing it all is using telesat's MultiCAS Edit. Version 1.4, I think, is the latest...

============================================

The relevant config files to discuss:

The new_biss.key - how it functions... Btw, I checked Fox TV Serbia on 12.5W and it works:

Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
[url=http://en.kingofsat.net/find.php?question=fox+serbia&Submit=Zap]http://en.kingofsat.net/find.php?question=fox+serbia&Submit=Zap[/url]

What can we can open with MultiCAS Emulator [and not Card Sharing functions]? The info is here:

- more or less the same as MGcamd Emu.

BISS works, from what I can tell, with the keys included in the file.

You can change them via remote. See my "Alternative guide..." post no. 5:

Putting a working key into MultiCAS, via remote...

When you don't feel like searching for or can't change the full version what can you do? Find a key on the net, for educational purposes only, of course...

Where? The forums I already mentioned have the keys sections, where I get the active working key and then...

HOME button on your remote controller -> Plug-ins -> OpenXCAS -> Activation & Priority Settings -> put the # in front of all Plug-ins, except MultiCAS, by using the blue button.

Get out of the Menu, using the Exit button on your remote -> Camd Setup -> OK -> MultiCAS -> Edit And Convert Keys -> sub-menu Nagravision -> right arrow on your remote -> "down" arrow on your remote -> find the Digi TV section -> Ident [2011 - warning: for Dream, Humax etc. receivers the Ident is 2111 but don't let that worry you!] -> put the key in now...

If, for instance, key 00 was active, one must edit it in 2 parts, as the Nagra keys are "broken" in two parts: for key 00, the first part is Index 00,the other is 10; for key 01 it’s 01 & 11.

So, choose a relevant part of the key [in this case it's 00 20 11 00] by pressing the remote OK button and then one gets a new window to edit the old key. Put the first part in, then hit the Save button on your TV screen, then the other part [in this case it's 00 20 11 01], then Save.

Get out of that sub-Menu, using the Exit button, then go to Activation & Priority Settings, restart MultiCAM, using the yellow and/or OK buttons -> OK -> then get out using the Home button -> TV -> OK and.... [if the key is correct and you put it in precisely] – colours [heheeee]!!!

OSCam for Azbox HD How To
Oscam 519 AzBoxHD
Take this Download, rename the file to oscam, make a folder in Multicas named oscam and put the File in it, give Rights 755

Then you need the config Files, put them all to the Folder oscam, its now ready to start, but you need Port and a Newcamd Line to your Client.
Conf is for 093b, if you need 0919 you must change all 093b to 0919 in configs.
Port in Config is used 24000, so you must make a NewCamd Line for your prefered Client with this Port(Mbox,CCcam or Mgcamd).
In Oscam.server you need an entry with your Boxkey like 01234567889
Think about unixeditor for changes
Maybe for your USB reader you must play with protocol, smargo works with intern.

Oscam must be placed at very first entry in receivermenue in Plugins, after that your prefered Client.
Openxcas.conf is in also and should work.
Logfiles are in tmp, but you can change this easy to console in config if you need this

And please, some Feedback would be great!

Ill hope you enjoy it and you will tell if working in this Thread, thanks a lot

At last : ITS NOT FOR INTERNAL READER IN AZBOX!!! NOT WORKING! YOU NEED EXTERNAL READER LIKE SMARGO+
IF SOMEONE HAS A PN WITH SOURCE FOR INTERNAL READER IT COULD BE INTEGRATED
...
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
Oscam 519 AzBoxHD Oscam517-AZHD-Sigma
Oscam 519 AzBoxHD
Oscam517-AZHD-Sigma

My big thx goes to Sanity from cs Board!

He has compiled this one for AZHD Community

You need an external Reader for try, Smargo+, FTDI oder PL2303 Adapter. Last is NOT integrated in Firm,you need .ko Package.

Why external Reader? Because Oscam has no Sources for the internal Reader from AZHD.

Ive made some simple Configs, please edit for your Details.

Setting up Usals on AZ Box
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
Setting up USALS on a AZBox.

I have found that every satellite position that the receiver wishes to visit, has to be entered individualy in the receivers Database.

The USALS Motor must be connected to your Receiver and setup to follow the Clarke Belt curve for your area.

From the Setup > TV Channel > DVB-S > Antennna > Positioner Seup menu, Scroll round to USALS and then Select.

In the &quot;SAT Position Field&quot;, enter the position where the Satellite Dish is active and resting, e.g. 1.0W.

In the &quot;My Longitude field&quot;, enter your location's longitude e.g. 2.1W. - This can only have one decimal place and the EAST/WEST selection is done by the left or right Cursor buttons on the Remote Controller.

In the &quot;My Latitude field&quot;, enter your location's Latitude e.g. 51.5N. - This can only have one decimal place and the NORTH/SOUTH selection is done by the left or right Cursor buttons on the Remote Controller.

In the &quot;Command Mode&quot; field, use the left or right Cursor buttons on the Remote Controller to select either &quot;Go To Position&quot; or &quot;Go to 0&quot;. - Pressing OK should then drive the motor the selection in the SAT Position field or to the Zero position of your Motor.

Exit that menu to the previous one, and in the &quot;Satellite Name field&quot;, using the left or right Cursor buttons on the Remote Controller, scroll to the next required Satellite.
If that satellite is not already in the Reciever's Database, The entry &quot;USALS&quot; will been replaced to &quot;OFF&quot;.

This has to be changed back to USALS, by using the left or right Cursor buttons on the Remote Controller. - This will cause the motor to move to that satellite and a confirmation message will written on the screen.

Repeat the above for every satellite you require in the Receivers Database.

USALS should now be set up for your required Satelites.

OK, here is how to Configure the MboxCAS to connect to a newCamd server (not local, i.e you have no cards what so ever!)

Download the latest version of MboxCAS
Extract files to your desktop

You only need the following files:
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
cwshare.cfg
mbox.cfg
mbox.sh
mbox_module
openxcas.cfg
Now using a Editpad Lite (or your own pref) edit cwshare.cfg as follows:
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
//Connecting to newcamd server program Newcs
//==========================================
C: {mydyns.dyns PortNo user password 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 } {10} <-- i changed this to 100
#C: { 127.0.0.1 15000 dummy dummy 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 } { 10 } { 01000065:01000068;}

//example:
//C: { server_ip server_listening_port username password des_key } { x } { xxxxyyyy:xxxxyyyy;......}
//C: { 127.0.0.1 15000 dummy dummy 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 } { 10 } { 0100006a:0100006B;}
//[second brascet] -> { x } max. number ecms in buffer ,decimal !!!!!
//[third brascet] { 0100006a:0100006B;} is used if you want to change caidprovid from what newcs detected to caidprovid to use with gboxx protocol so 0100006A will be 0100006B in gboxx protocol
//==========================================

I: { 06 }
X: { 08 }
#N: { 200 100 }

//Resending ECM(s) on timeout interval
//====================================

O: { 4000 2000 }<-- i also changed this to {12000 4000}

//O: { xxxx yyyy }
//
//4000 (4 seconds)-> resend current ecm on boxid if no dcw
//2000 (2 seconds)-> wait 2 more seconds for dcw ,if no dcw on time resend ecm(s) to all boxid's
//==========================================
Close and save this file now.

mbox.cfg does not need editing unless you wish to use the Mbox Control Centre, in which case edit the following line:

Z: { 12 01 } { 127.0.0.1 8000 } Change the IP address in blue to the IP address of the PC you are going to use with the Mbox Control Client

Once the two above have been done, connect to your AZBox HD Premium, i used FileZilla,

in /PLUGINS/OpenXCAS/ you need to create a Folder MboxCAS << make sure it is spelt like this, i made a mistake of putting MBoxCAS!. So you should now have a folder at /PLUGINS/OpenXCAS/MboxCAS

Now copy into that folder the following files from earlier:
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
cwshare.cfg
mbox.cfg
mbox.sh
mbox_module
openxcas.cfg
I gave chmod 755 to the whole folder and files inside!

Now, go up to the Folder /PLUGINS/OpenXCAS and edit the openxcas.cfg, and put the following in at the top

MboxCAS

Mine looks like this
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
MboxCAS
#MultiCAS
save and chmod 755 to this file.

Reboot AZBox HD Premium, and your all set!!

EXCEPT......I had to place my AZBox HD Premium in the DMZ on my router. Not sure what port the MboxCAS needs, when i find out will update.

Hope this is clear enough, and would be happy to answer or help with any questions.

Adi

PS There is no glitching with the Picture, even HD Streams after the channel has been active for about 5 mins

thanks adrray1974 for the tip

How to MultiCAS 1.60 and CCcam
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
How to MultiCAS 1.60 and CCcam

Easiest Way :

Format Application Area.

Flash with newest FW : 0.9.3501

Connect on AzBox with FTP.

Enter in /PLUGINS directory and create there directory called OpenXCAS , so You will have /PLUGINS/OpenXCAS .

Inside of OpenXCAS , create file called module.seq .

Inside of /PLUGINS/OpenXCAS create directory MultiCAS , so You will have :

/PLUGINS/OpenXCAS/MultiCAS .

Put inside of MultiCAS folder file : emu_module ( MultiCAS 1.60 ).

On Your PC create file cccam.cfg with notepad++ ( This is very important that You use notepad++ because of linux letter formatting ).

like example :

cccam.cfg will contain :

C: some.hostname.com 12000 username password
C: some.hostname.net 12001 username password

Transfer this file to : /PLUGINS/OpenXCAS/MultiCAS

Restart STB.

Now , enter Plug-ins -> OpenXCAS -> Camd Setup -> MultiCAS -> Smartcard Interface -> Smart Card Splitter & CS .

You will see Mode OFF

Use navigation buttons on RC and navigate on right side until You see :

Client CCcam .

Now scroll down to the Hostname and press Blue button and it will load for You C lines stored in cccam.cfg .

Press Red button to save, go to login and press OK if all is ok it will write for You login success , if not login fail.

Maybe when You load config it will go to Mode OFF but back on and data will be there.

That is all.

On Exit connect to All servers ? press Yes .

Enjoy.

Max 32 lines supported.

Tutorial : Multicas 1.6x by Zupy

This tutorial is created by zupy, and all thanks for this tutorial and images which are creted goes to him.

As i know that this installation process of MultiCas is maybe hard for beginners, i tryed to assort everything with pictures to make this easy.

So, we go in Plugins to add OpenXCAS - for this latest versions of MultiCAS , i think You need to have Box installed with latest sw - 0.9.3501 in this case

We press red button ( add plugins ) ( In my case OpenXCAS is here, so dont be concerned about it ).

We choose server and press ok.

and we Download first
(http://img11.imageshack.us/img11/7207/capture03q.png)
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
This procedure above You can skip if You already have OpenXCAS installed on Your BOX.

We will continue, as we will Download MultiCAS in .tgz format ( Latest version can be found here [url]http://www.****[/url] ), and You can also rename it to Camd.tgz . ( I am not sure is rename needed ).

Now, You start FTP app, and You transfer that file in tmp folder ( So do not extract archive, transfer it excatly in .tgz format ).
(http://img12.imageshack.us/img12/5426/screenshot001jb.jpg)
Navigate now to Plugins---> OpenXCAS--->Download Executable
(http://img10.imageshack.us/img10/7609/capture05.png)
And --> Install (/tmp/Camd.tgz)
(http://img11.imageshack.us/img11/7290/capture06q.png)

So, we now go to activate installed emu --> Activation & Priority Settings
(http://img156.imageshack.us/img156/882/capture07.png)
(http://img223.imageshack.us/img223/3111/capture08.png)

Now we run MultiCASEdit v1.1. and we go to Options - enter Your data of AzBox ( IP, username, passwrod ) and click on field Update Profile
(http://img171.imageshack.us/img171/5011/screenshot003te.jpg)
Go to TAB SC Splitter & CCcam and put it on Client CCcam, and if it is not there click on first line.
(http://img9.imageshack.us/img9/7076/screenshot005zp.jpg)
Now we are going on fields below numbers and we will input appropriate data
(http://img10.imageshack.us/img10/349/screenshot006lv.jpg)
- Below number 1 goes Dyndns of Your server
- Below number 2 goes port of Your server
- Below number 3 goes username of Your server
- Below number 4 goes Pasword of Your server
- As Option Enable, You need to put True and to click on Update

If we have more than one C line, we just repeat same for them
(http://img9.imageshack.us/img9/7661/screenshot008wt.jpg)

After you have finished all, click on Sent to AzBox and that is all.

If i maded something wrong or You have something which i forgett just say, as this worked for me from the first try.

This tutorial is created by zupy, and all thanks for this tutorial and images which are creted goes to him.

HOWTO setup Card Sharing NewCS / MgCamd

1. What is Card Sharing?

CS (Card Sharing) is sharing a smart card with another STB via ethernet.

If you use CS you can see scrambled channel even if you don't have proper smart card in the client STB.
You can share a card with another STB server or PC server.

2. What do you need for CS?

Download:

MgCamd 1.31c for AzBox HD Elite and Premium .
NewCS 1.65 for AzBox HD Elite and Premium .

There is two way to install this emu.

Automatic :

Go in Home - Plug-ins - OpenXCAS - Manual Install - Edit URL and add azboxworld.com , and than download from that server.

Card sharing s/w :
NewCS is a powerful card server.
Mgcamd are EMU s/w.

3. How to setup NewCS ?

If you run NewCS on your STB, it will work as a CS server.

NewCS is a program which can be connected to various kinds of client EMUs.

NewCS set up will be done by /EMU/OpenXCAS/newcs/newcs.xml file.

There are some important points in setting newcs.xml. Below is an important section. You must confirm the setting in parts 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, and the rest part should remain as default setting.

<mhz>357</mhz>
This means communication speed to card. Most of cases, 357 is good.
<node>/dev/sci0</node>
Set serial port which is connected to card slot. relook have /dev/sci0 (lower slot), /dev/sci1 (upper slot). mutant have /dev/sci0.
<boxkey>0000000000</boxkey>
Enter box keys if needed.
<carddetect>yes</carddetect>
This option checks automatically whether card is inserted in card reader or no. Enter yes.
<newcamd_port>10000</newcamd_port>
Set card sharing port number which is newcamd compatible protocol. mgcamd, evocamd use this protocol. If there is a router/firewall, you have to open this port. Most of failures on accessing to server from outer network happen due to the firewall.
<newcamdserver> ... </newcamdserver>
Settings for newcamd compatable protocol cardsharing.
<deskey>01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14</deskey>
This is used for coding on packets while card sharing. Leave it as it is. It does not require to be changed except some particular cases.
<user> ... </user>
This is for clients settings who will be allowed to access to server. You can add users as many as you want. As defaults, below is how it looks. <user>
<name>user1</name>
<password>pass1</password>
<au>on</au>
</user>
<au>on</au>
This setting means whether card update function is on or off .
Compare added new newcs.xml with original newcs.xml. Then you can know howto add new client.

If necessary, you can modify the newcs.xml file and then place the modified file into /EMU/OpenXCAS/newcs/ using FTP.

If you want to share your slot with your friend, add the settings to newcs.xml and inform your friend detailed information to share cards with your friend.

4. How to setup mgcamd for connect to card sharing server ?

mgcamd setting can be done by two files exist in /EMU/OpenXCAS/mgcamd/mg_cfg, /EMU/OpenXCAS/mgcamd/newcamd.list in the receiver.

mg_cfg is regular setting for mgcamd and newcamd.list is setting part which decides to select a server which will be connected when CS is performed.

mg_cfg is not a particular case that require to be changed, contrarily, newcamd.list need to be explained in detail since it is used very often while CS is operated.

newcamd.list can be considered as a server list. In other word, one receiver, as a client set, mgcamd.list will direct the client set to which card server to be connected.

If you open the newcamd.list, setting is done as below.( In each row, each can be distinguished by empty space)

CWS = 127.0.0.1 10000 User1 Pass1 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14
CWS = 127.0.0.1 10001 User1 Pass1 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

Card sharing server setting section
'127.0.0.1'

loopback IP (It allows you to connect to your receiver itself. This is used when your STB has card.)

'10000 or 10001'

Port number (See Note 1,2)

'User1'

login ID (See Note 1)

'Pass1'

login Password (Note 1)

'01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14'

DES key (See Note 1)

Note 1 : Each items has to be set in the CS server's newcs.xml where you aim to be connected.
Note 2: You can designate the port number area. For example, if it is set A:B, it try to connect to numbers between A and B.
In order to do CS, you need to have IP, Port number, ID, Password, DES key details of your friends or third person. For example, you have managed to get the information below.

IP : 12.34.56.78
Port number : 10000
ID : user1
Password : pass1
The below row has to be added into newcamd.list and then restart EMU.

&quot;CWS = 12.34.56.78 10000 user1 pass1 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14&quot;

Najjednostavniji nacin da instalirate i pokrenete MultiCAS da radim sa C linijama.

NAPOMENA:

Zadnja verzija MultiCAS-a MultiCAS_v160A-02C_2k91002 radi sa 32 C linije !!!

1. Formatirate Application area vaseg resivera.

2. Uz pomoc USB-a i patch.bin file-a najnovijeg FW-a 0.9.3501 flashirate Vas resiver.

5. Kada ste kreirali direktoriji /PLUGINS/OpenXCAS , na vasem racunaru uz pomoc notepad++ editora, kreirajte prazan file module.seq i prebacite ga u folder /PLUGINS/OpenXCAS .

6. Unutar foldera /PLUGINS/OpenXCAS kreirajte i folder MultiCAS, tako da dobijete /PLUGINS/OpenXCAS/MultiCAS .

7. U njega prebacite zadnju verziju MultiCAS-a , a to je MultiCAS_v160A-02C_2k91002 , tako da se u folderu /PLUGINS/OpenXCAS/MultiCAS nalazi samo file emu_module .

8. Dajte CHMOD prava 755 na emu_module .

9. Restartujte resiver .

10. Na Vasem racunaru kreirajte file cccam.cfg i pomocu notepad++ editora u njega ubacite sve vase C: linije.

14. Kada ste dosli do opcije Client CCcam, spustite se na Hostname i pritisnite Plavu tipku na upravljacu, i vidjet cete da se ucitao sadrzaj cccam.cfg -a.

Here are all frequences

1rd3t0 6.0000 MHz
Seca 3.5795 MHz
Viaccess 3.5795 MHz
Nagravision 3.6864 MHz
Cryptoworks 3.5795 MHz
Conax 3.5795 MHz
NDS 3.5795 MHz

If a Provider uses Nagra but is tunneling over 1rd3t0, you must use 6MHZ

But a real pure Nagracard is using 3,68MHZ
Thanx to Aragos:

My openxcas.conf of newcs looked like this:

wait= 1
daemon = newcs
version = 1.20R13
ap= no
xcasapi = FALSE
Thanx to Hans:
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
only bin needs 755
You see 1.20 when you start NewCS over telnet only.

And you must start it over telnet, for
to see what's happened make a dowswindow-telnet ipofyourbox
root
azbox if you've set a password like this
now type ps
if you see new cs as process, type
killall newcs

ps again for to see there is no newcs running now:
cd /EMU/OpenXCAS/newcs - if your folder in openxcas is called newcs
./newcs

write down the log here so we can see (delete serial number or lines before)
My edit. Hans, I think we need more details to be sure what you mean here... Thanx!

Hans added:
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
If you use NewCS with another Emu like Mbox, you need a delay on start but no delay for NewCS, cause it should start first, so wait=0

For Mbox openxcas.conf should look like this:

[module]
name = MboxCAS
wait= 20
daemon = mbox_module /EMU/OpenXCAS/MboxCAS/mbox.cfg
xcasapi = true
version = 0.6.10 2009/05/21

So newCS has 20 Seconds for starting, then other Emu will start, and local Card is useable

It is an very old 1.20 R13 and Im sure, not all Cards will running with it.
Also Mboxcontrolcenter is NOT compatible with this Oldie

 thanx to Bogdan [my edit]: re. $*l*y Italia:

Now it's very easy to run this card in newcs+mbox; you must delete mgcamd or make a new profile "newcs+mbox";

Next, you must setup port.list and

make a connection [between Mbox and NewCS] to your local $*l*y card by C-line [so it will be seen as/in local]:

1) examples for port.list:
Quote
R: { 1000 } // check every 1000 ms(NO LOWER VALUE THEN 1000 ms!!!) if maybe Newcs
reinit card but mbox didnt recognized that,defualt value is 5 seconds in code if you dont
set R option.

E: { ABCD } // in hex , you CAN DECRYPT ECM from this ECM pid, useful for combination with
SID/CHID (YOU CAN MIX WITH SID/CHID).
//Max ECM pids per C line is 500 !!!

//this is for forbiden SID pids or 1rd3t0 chids ..
//EXAMPLE VALUES

SF: { 04A0 } //in hex -> forbiden SID pid -> your card cant decrypt this channel
SF: { 0220 }

IF: { 0203 } //in hex -> forbiden 1rd3t0 ChID -> your card cant decrypt this ChID
IF: { 0302 }

//OR to enable SID pids or 1rd3t0 chids
//EXAMPLE VALUES

SA: { 04A0 }//in hex -> enable SID pid -> your card can decrypt this channel
SA: { 0220 }

IA: { 0203 } //in hex -> enable 1rd3t0 ChID -> your card can decrypt this ChID
IA: { 0302 }

///////////////////////////
//EXAMPLE//
G: { 0100006A }//in hex -> dont list and reshare this provid from your card if card cant
decrypt that, mbox will just flood newcs with bad ECMs for this provid.

//max forbiden SID pids or ChIDs is 500!!!!
//max G lines is 15!!!
2) maping C-line examples:
Quote
Connecting to newcamd server program Newcs
==========================================

example:
C: { server_ip server_listening_port username password des_key } { x } { xxxxyyyy:xxxxyyyy;......}
C: { 127.0.0.1 15000 dummy dummy 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 } { 10 } { 0100006a:0100006B;}

[second brascet] -> { x } max. number ecms in buffer ,decimal !!!!!

[third brascet] { 0100006a:0100006B;} is used if you want to change caidprovid from what
 newcs detected to caidprovid to use with gboxx protocol so 0100006A will be 0100006B in gboxx protocol
Thanx to Siri:

An update for those who might have my same problem.

Partially following hanswurscht's advice, I
connected an Infinity USB Smart in module mode (Phoenix 3.58 Mhx module loaded) to the USB port of the AZBox, and NewCS works perfectly with Sky Italy. The problem it showed in initializing NDS2 cards is somewhat related to the internal reader but totally disappears using the Infinity.

The decoder automatically loaded the correct driver and assigned the ttyUSB0 device to the external reader. All I had to do was to configure NewCS properly and now it works perfectly with mgcamd as a client: no freezes no nothing, it just works.

Thanks all for your contributions.

Here is the updated newcs.xml:

 MGcamd - gbox Client for AzboxHD
MGcamd - gbox Client for AzboxHD

Start:

Low and decompresses files added here

- MGcamd
- Inicio Mgcamd

Copy the folder mgcamd as is / EMU / OpenXCAS / and give it attributes 755

Check that the attributes of the files within the folders are like this:

/ EMU / OpenXCAS / mgcamd /
mg_cfg 644
mgcamd 755
newcamd.list 644 If you do not use the otherwise Newcs 755
nfs.sh 644

For the beginning of the Emu receiver automatically when you turn on power and also activate it manually from Plugins with the remote, copy the files from Home Mgcamd in / EMU / OpenXCAS /.

After copying all the files where you enter corresponds / EMU / OpenXCAS / mgcamd /, you will see a number of files ... including those corresponding to the configuration of Mgcamd, here's how to configure:

On one hand we have a "cwshare", called PEER_CFG, which has the same structure as in Gbox. I put the configuration that works for me better than .

PEER_CFG:

I: (02) # you can put 03 but you run the risk that the emu crash besides it takes a lot to open the channels.
X: (10) # Go not with the cards that will look for, problems of fluidity.
N: (00 01 03 3F 3000 8000)

M: (your ip camouflaged (password))

D: (ip of peer camouflaged your port its port ((pass (A5 A5))))

* For testing the lines G: and Y: [/ quote] Another configuration file is MG_CFG you explain how it works ...

MG_CFG:

1 .- Communication protocol we will use (newcamd, gbox, etc. .....).

# Network mode, use summ for several clients
# 00 no network (default)
# 01 newcamd NetClient
# 02 radegast NetClient
# 03 newcamd / radegast net client
# 04 Camd3 NetClient
# 08 gbox NetClient
# 09 newcamd / GOx net client
G: (08)

And the preferential connection either:

# Network shares priority
# 00 gbox, newcamd, radegast, Camd3 (default)
# 01 Camd3, radegast, newcamd, gbox
# 02 newcamd, Camd3, gbox, radegast
Q: (00)

2 .- That emms reception takes place in general or whether it takes place exclusively when in a closed channel.

# AU
# 00 disable, no emm pids processed
# 01 enable, emm pids always processed for soft-au and shared cards
# 02 auto, emm started only if channel cannot be decoded
# 03 process emm pids for network cards update only
A: (02)

3 .- On the possibility of receiving messages via OSD issued by the newcs server:

# On screen display type
# 00 No OSD (default)
# 01 neutrino
# 02 enigma
# 03 relook
# + User password for http auth
O: (02) username password

# On screen display Options, summ of:
# 01 show emu ecm
# 02 show network shares messages
# 04 show decoding failed / fta
# 08 show emm keys update
# + Web port to use for osd
S: (02) 80

We indcado the most significant, but it has some things, such as how to show the loginscreen the operation of the emu, etc. .....
* zonatv.com

And we have another file called PRIORITY.LIST which is also essential for the proper functioning of Mgcamd. In this file to indicate which are the CAID's and suppliers which, preferentially, we want conectar.Una correct configuration of this file will allow us to streamline and accelerate the opening of the channels that we signed

PRIORITY.LIST:

# Use this via prov first
V: (00 78 00)
# Use this seca prov first
S: (80 00)
# Use this caid first
X: (06 02)

As noted in the example we have:

V: (00 78 00) Here we mean that group Viaccess CAID (V), we give preference to the provider 007,800.
S: (80 00) Here, the group that drop Seca (S), we like the vendor 8000.
X: (06 02) And here, we like the 0602 CAID is 1rd3t0.

We will wonder why there is no section nagra, for example. The answer is that like or Videoguard 1rd3t0, for example, CAID's are different, we are Nagra eg 1801,1802,1810,1833, etc ..., or 1rd3t0: 0626, 0628.0631, unlike Dry it in 0100 or where they are all viaccess, hence the need for Section X (only CAID).
* zonatv.com

So with the same X: We may use Nagra, Videoguard, 1rd3t0 etc ...

And we have the newcamd.list we use it to carry out our connection to the server using newcamd protocol exclusively.

NEWCAMD.LIST:

# CWS_INCOMING_PORT = 12000
# CWS = 127.0.0.1 20000 dummy dummy 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 LAN Server

The most important part of this configuration file is correct CWS line configuration, and we have:

"We must show the ip of our receiver (count dyndns or no-ip, if you want to connect while outside the LAN 127.0.0.1).

Communications-port newcamd to connect through this protocol to our subscriber card, that is, to our newcs (20000).

-Username and password (dummy dummy) allocated in newcs user and need to connect to the newcamd protocol.

Deskey-established as a safety measure for our meeting started newcamd protocol (01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14)

-Lan, if we connect through local area network (LAN) to our subscriber card (to newcs), or wan, if we connect from outside the local network.

-SERVER or the name that we have established to our server newcamd protocol. Remember that this parameter is set to Newcs.xml newcamd section and usually the default is newcs.
* zonatv.com

And with that we would have set the whole system .. unless we turn on newcamd not touch anything.

In my case, so only use Mgcamd cwshare to peer_cfg copying, you must work, because after you adjust the values of all the settings to go for the finest possible. For zapping at the opening of channels there is a delay of 1.5 to 2 seconds.

We can only start the Mgcamd from the remote control:

a) Click the blue trap door "HOME"
b) Click on Plug-Ins
c) Click on OpenXCAS
d) Click on Activation & Priority Setting

e) once there the view that the MGcamd On, So you do not have a # before, if so activate it by pressing the blue button "I-KEY"
f) press the yellow button "LANG" or the OK button to start the MGcamd

g) to exit the menu, press the Blue Button "HOME" and click on TV

OK, here is how to Configure the MboxCAS to connect to a newCamd server (not local, i.e you have no cards what so ever!)

Download the latest version of MboxCAS
Extract files to your desktop

You only need the following files:
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
cwshare.cfg
mbox.cfg
mbox.sh
mbox_module
openxcas.cfg
Now using a Editpad Lite (or your own pref) edit cwshare.cfg as follows:
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
//Connecting to newcamd server program Newcs
//==========================================
C: {mydyns.dyns PortNo user password 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 } {10} <-- i changed this to 100
#C: { 127.0.0.1 15000 dummy dummy 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 } { 10 } { 01000065:01000068;}

//example:
//C: { server_ip server_listening_port username password des_key } { x } { xxxxyyyy:xxxxyyyy;......}
//C: { 127.0.0.1 15000 dummy dummy 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 } { 10 } { 0100006a:0100006B;}
//[second brascet] -> { x } max. number ecms in buffer ,decimal !!!!!
//[third brascet] { 0100006a:0100006B;} is used if you want to change caidprovid from what newcs detected to caidprovid to use with gboxx protocol so 0100006A will be 0100006B in gboxx protocol
//==========================================

I: { 06 }
X: { 08 }
#N: { 200 100 }

//Resending ECM(s) on timeout interval
//====================================

O: { 4000 2000 }<-- i also changed this to {12000 4000}

//O: { xxxx yyyy }
//
//4000 (4 seconds)-> resend current ecm on boxid if no dcw
//2000 (2 seconds)-> wait 2 more seconds for dcw ,if no dcw on time resend ecm(s) to all boxid's
//==========================================

Streaming internal network between PC and AzboxHD

"Or like watching a movie from your PC to your TV using the AzboxHD"

The material used is the VLC Media Player v1.01 on the pc and a premium with firm azboxHD beta 0.9.3281.
We will have VLC installed on your PC and be connected to the same network as the AZHD.

First let's configure the IP channel in AZHD. To do this go to the menu (by clicking on the little button on the remote)
and then select Settings:
(http://img4.imageshack.us/img4/4355/azosd011.png)
Now select TV channels-> IP Channel
(http://img6.imageshack.us/img6/249/azosd022b.png)
(http://img22.imageshack.us/img22/950/azosd033.png)
In this menu we'll configure our connection from the PC AZHD.
I will not name the channel (we will leave one by default VideoLAN)
We put the IP of the PC from which you want to see the video (where is the video that we envision).
UDP port to use for the connection.
And the connection buffer. The type of stream and PID can not be changed.
(http://img6.imageshack.us/img6/8602/azosd044.png)
We stood on the Save button and press the OK button on the remote to save the changes.
It will bring up the confirmation of the creation of the channel
(http://img6.imageshack.us/img6/2059/azosd055a.png)
We return to the initial menu and select TV:
(http://img3.imageshack.us/img3/138/azosd066.png)
Management access the menu of channels by pressing the OK button on the remote.
And select the SATELLITES. Here we see that the folder was created IP_CHANNEL.
(To access the tabs must be pressed on the exit button on the remote until the cursor is positioned on the flanges)
(http://img7.imageshack.us/img7/2720/azosd077.png)
We went inside that folder (pressing the OK button on the remote) and select the channel VideoLAN which appears in the list, again by pressing the OK button on command (http://img6.imageshack.us/img6/6001/azosd0991.png)
We, for now, the AZHD as-is and we'll configure the pc. We already installed (if they have) the VLC. We put in motion.
Let the Media menu and select Advanced Open File ... the combo box.
(http://img22.imageshack.us/img22/8530/capturaspc01.png)
Select the movie you want to view and click on the button to open.
(http://img3.imageshack.us/img3/1884/capturaspc02.png)
At the bottom, to the left of the Play button, click on the button. Broadcast and select in the drop-down
(http://img6.imageshack.us/img6/3091/capturaspc03.png)
On this screen, click Next
(http://img6.imageshack.us/img6/3347/capturaspc04.png)
We click on the File drop down, select the UDP option and click on
(http://img4.imageshack.us/img4/9890/capturaspc05.png)
We put the ip AZHD and UDP port used (must be the same that we have chosen in the configuration of ip AZHD channel.
(http://img36.imageshack.us/img36/3518/capturaspc06.png)
In transcoding options, select Video-MPEG2 + MPGA (TS) and click Next.
(http://img34.imageshack.us/img34/5079/capturaspc07p.png)
and in Emision
(http://img6.imageshack.us/img6/2410/capturaspc08.png)
Although not see it, the VLC will be sending the image to AZHD ... indicated at the bottom right.
(http://img22.imageshack.us/img22/1857/capturaspc09.png)
And on TV we see that the image appears under the menu. We just click on the OK button to exit the command channel management and thus be able to see the movie ...

How to setup Mbox 0.5_7, step-by-step!
From Mbox EX-YU forum, the results of the discussion there, with various files one needs, to compare, configure, setup and learn:

OKI, here is what I did with 0.5_7 for AZbox HD:

Following the info put by mower, dosenbrod, encounter, helder and Tinos, I edited my files for Mbox 0.5-7 a... FW 1621.

So, I deleted all the Plugins/EMUs and checked it's all gone with FilleZilla FTP client. Then, re-downloaded/re-installed the OpenXCAS and rebooted, as pr2 warned, then installed MultiCAS, MGcamd and NewCS - all of them online.

================================================== ======

Then, I installed the Mbox, the best I could. However, some advice was a bit - out of sorts... Linux, I am told, has no "single strictly right or wrong way", as there are always more "correct" or "successful" ways to do the same thing... "0 sec waiting" or "10 or more" one even put 13 secs [which I used], API advice, what exacly to put for which module in/for those "less known/less agreed on" functions etc. You need to play around a bit...

First dosenbrod's advice:
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
make a Folder named Mboxcas, put all nessesary Files in it like Mbox.cfg,ident.info,ignore.list,o f course mbox_module himself, the only one, who need Rights 755

Then make an openxcas.conf File,also in this Folder

- In openxcas.conf comes the following:

[module]
name = MboxCAS
daemon = mbox_module /EMU/OpenXCAS/MboxCAS/mbox.cfg
version = 0.23 4th

(later there comes AP= yes or no and Wait= 0 or 10 Seconds and maybe more)
So, I made the MboxCAS folder via FilleZilla FTP client, as instructed [but better, as Linux is case sensitive, so it ought to be MboxCAS, not Mboxcas, as dosenbrod said] in OpenXCAS folder. I copied mbox_module, mbox.prio, port.list, ident.info and knows.ini [the last two I got from my old GBox] into it. Given the rights [CHMOD to 755] for mbox_module only.

In it I made the openxcas.conf - using my UE32 editor - and in it I put, according to Mower's advice:
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
[module]
name = MboxCAS
daemon = mbox_module
version = 1.00

Save the file and copy to /EMU/OpenXCAS/MboxCAS/ where is mbox_module is.
A bit confusing, as this is 0.5_7 version but hey... he said so!

Dosenbrod also stated:
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
Now config your mbox.cfg and cwshare and all will work without any .sh File

Important Paramters in Mbox.cfg are:

- T: { /tmp/ }

- K: { /EMU/OpenXCAS/MboxCAS/ }

- P: { /tmp/pmt.tmp }
So, in mbox.cfg (I got the basic file from Mbox v. 0.5_7) I put:
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
Z: { 13 } { 192.168.x.NSFW 8000 } - edited my PC IP address, of course, correctly and added the port, so Black's proggy would work...

Also:

B: { 0 0 0 }

//B: { 1 127.0.0.1 127.0.0.1 } // for local watching over DVB

//B: { x IP_listen IP_send }
//x=0 -> disable local UDP ports 8004-80xx ,this ports are used with DVB cards and gbox plugin (Windows and Linux)
//x=1 -> enable
//IP_listen -> on what IP to wait for PMT and ECMs
//IP_send -> on what IP to send DCW
The rest I left as I found it, since it seemed OK.

Then, dosenbrod said
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
next is on Folder up, there is module.seq
- give module.seq a new entry named MboxCAS and save it.
So, I did that.

Should there be an openxcas.conf in OpenXCAS folder as well, not just in each EMU folder, guys???

To recapitulate...

My MboxCAS folder contains:

cwshare.cfg which looks like this [please comment, if you know/can...]:
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
################################ #
# Mbox cardsharing config file #

mbox.cfg
mbox.prio
mbox_module [CHMOD 755] 0.5 v.7
openxcas.conf
port.list

All of them are attached to this message! Some of them you will need to edit, as carefully described above!

My OpenXCAS folder contains:

the 4 modules [MultiCAS, NewCS, MGcamd and Mbox]
sh folder [delete, install, start, stop]
addons.conf [empty]
module.seq
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
MboxCAS
#mgcamd

openxcas.conf
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
[modules]

active_1 = MultiCAS
active_2 = newcs
active_3 = mgcamd
active_4 = MboxCAS

version = 1.57C

[module_2]
name = newcs

argument = -nd
version = 1.6
xcasapi = FALSE

[module_3]
name = mgcamd
daemon = mgcamd
version = 1.32
# argument = -a 3

[module_4]
ap= Yes
name = MboxCAS
daemon = mbox_module /EMU/OpenXCAS/MboxCAS/mbox.cfg
xcasapi = TRUE
wait=13 sec
version = 0.5-7
f you still can't get it to run try this, thanx to helder:

Telnet commands [you can use PuTTy, which is free] to start the Mbox are [thanx o Mower!]:
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
just ,

cd /EMU/OpenXCAS/MboxCAS/

chmod 755 mbox_module

./mbox_module

that's all
So, start the PuTTy, log in with root as username, azbox as password, then the above 3 commands to kick-start Mbox and you'll see the traffic/log/what's going on...

It is working, if a bit choppy. But I am sure that Mower will get there in the end...

Good luck!!

Thanks to goran

 AZ Box Password restore.
AZBox Password Restore

It has been known occasionaly, the the normal password "azbox" is erased and requires re-entering.

Use the Windows Command Prompt to restore the password as follows:

On the PC, press START, and select RUN and in the dropdown box type: CMD and then select OK

This will open the command window with the prompt something like: C:\>

Type: telnet (your AZBox's IP address) and then press ENTER
e.g. telnet 192.168.0.30 and then press ENTER

you will get prompt: MMP login:

Type root and then press ENTER

If your password has been erased you will get the prompt: MMP[~]
(If a valid Password was present, you would have got the prompt- password: )

Type passwd and then press ENTER

You will get the prompt:
Changing password for root
Enter the new password (minimum of 5, maximum of 8 characters)
Please use a combination of upper and lower case letters and numbers.
Enter new password:

Type azbox and then press ENTER

You will get the prompt:
Bad password: too simple.
Warning: weak password (continuing).
Re-enter new password:

Type azbox and then press ENTER

You will get the prompt:
Password changed.
MMP[~]$

Your password is now restored and you can now exit the command window.

Thanks to Barryr for How to.

 How to setup Mbox in AZbox HD
=============================================

Prerequisites:

a- download the latest Mbox and unpack it

Note: for AZbox HD you will need only the following files - from the comprehensive package for all kinds of different receivers, PC's and DVB-S cards: mbox_module and mbox.cfg [this one must be edited according to your needs];

b- However, mbox.prio and port.list files in the package are only examples [we shall come back to it]. Find good ones on the net and edit them according to your needs.

There are also similar files like ident.info, ignore.list and knows.ini files [from GBox] which apparently serve the same purpose - but I didn't really spend time studying those yet...]

Apparently, if you have an original card that you want to share with people, but you want it to open the channels to which you subscribe, rather than trying to open them via virtual cards from the net [CS or Card Sharing] or by the Emulator itself [if something is hacked and available for our Emulators] - by using those files you tell the module to go to your local card and not to the Emulator itself or CS etc. There are idents of providers in those file, there are false ID's, ID's you do not want searched from etc. etc.

Comments/info/good files welcome!!! This forum has a thread with a good Prio list, if not really comprehensive! As for the rest, I need to learn together with the rest of you...

c- install Ultra Edit 32 or some such editor [UEStudio `06 is free]

d- download PuTTy from the net [free]

e- note your PC's and your AZbox HD's IP addresses

f- find good mbox.prio, ident.info and maybe even knows.ini [as I said, I don't know much about the exact workings of it but will I investigate]

=================CREATE OR EDIT YOUR FILES================

1) Using UE32 editor,thembox.cfg file should be edited [for AZbox HD] prior to that as follows [only the important parameters, the rest is not to be touched:
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
Z: { 13 } { 192.168.x.NSFW 8000 } - this line you need to edit with your PC's correct IP address, of course, plus the port, so Black's Mbox plugin Mbox Control Centre would work...

B: { 0 0 0 }

T: { /tmp/ }

K: { /EMU/OpenXCAS/MboxCAS/ }

P: { /tmp/pmt.tmp }
Warning: make sure you get the file from Mbox 0.5 latest package! Then edit that one, don't just copy the old one, as changes might occur in the meantime.

2) Now create your openxcas.conf, which should look like this, as Mower said [you can create a new one or edit an old one, using UE32 editor, as mentioned above]:
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
[module]
name = MboxCAS
daemon = mbox_module
version = 1.00
3) Your cwshare.cfg should look like this [this is but a template but all you need to do is just edit the M and G lines at the bottom]:
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
##################################
# Mbox cardsharing config file #
##################################
# CaID
#H: { 091F0FF3 }
# Send ECM's at maximum 5 cards (please use this as default)
X: { 8 }
# Preffered cards ids (up to 32)
#X+: { 09610000:5 }
#X+: { 093B0000:10 }
#X+: { 0B000000:5 }
# max card's distance to use for ecm
I: { 3 }
#NDS system ->Resending ECM(s) on timeout interval
#N: { 400 200 }
N: { 400 200 }
#NDS system ->Resending ECM(s) on timeout interval
#
#4000 (4 seconds)-> resend current ecm on boxid if no dcw
#2000 (2 seconds)-> wait 2 more seconds for dcw ,if no dcw on time resend ecm(s) to all boxid's
#
O: { 6000 4000 }
#Connecting to newcamd server program Newcs
#
M: { myown.dyndns.org { mypassword}}
#
G: { mypeer.dyndns.something { our ports { hispassword { A2 A2 }}}}
G: { mypeer.dyndns.something { our ports { hispassword { A3 A3 }}}}
================FTP YOUR FILES TO AZBOX HD================

4) Connect with your AZbox HD via FTP - like FilleZilla client, put your box's IP, use root as username and azbox as password, port 22 [Mbox CC will use port 21] -> connect, then go to EMU folder -> click on OpenXCAS folder

5) In OpenXCAS folder make the MboxCAS folder via FilleZilla FTP client, [Linux is case sensitive, so it's MboxCAS] . Inside the OpenXCAS folder right click on empty space -> Create directory -> name it as described -> OK. It should be given the rights, this folder, so in FilleZilla: right click on MboxCAS folder -> File permissions -> 755 -> OK

6) Copy [drag and drop] into it: mbox_module, mbox.cfg, cwshare.cfg and port.list. Give the rights [right click on it -> File permissions -> 755 -> OK] to mbox_module only.

7) In your AZbox HD, using your FileZilla, find the /EMU/OpenXCAS/ folder [one up from MboxCAS]. In it you should find - and if you haven't got it then create it - a file called module.seq to make Mbox the starting module [right click on it -> File permissions -> 755]. This is what it should look like:
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
MboxCAS
#mgcamd
#MultiCAS
#newcs
That's it!!! At this point we need no other "scripts" [files], says Mower!

8) According to Mower's advice all you now need to do is to try to start the Mbox module, using Telnet [PuTTy or some such proggy], to make sure the module will start and there are no errors.

So, start the PuTTy.exe by double clicking on it,
log in with root as username [hit Enter on your keyboard],
azbox as password [Enter],
then the following 3 commands [Copy & Paste and Enter for each] to kick-start Mbox
and you'll see the traffic/log/what's going o
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
cd /EMU/OpenXCAS/MboxCAS/

chmod 755 mbox_module

./mbox_module
9) If it isn't working I would advise you to REBOOT, then try the Telnet thing again.

====================THE NEXT STAGE====================

10) If everything is OK and you didn't mess up the editing [and the files are in good working order, of course] you can now try to experiment with other "scripts", like mbox.sh file, which looks like this [use your UE32 to create it - just C&P the following into UE32]:
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
cd /EMU/OpenXCAS/MboxCAS
./mbox_module /EMU/OpenXCAS/MboxCAS/mbox.cfg &
Save it as mbox.sh and put it into the MboxCAS folder via FTP, give it CHMOD rights to 755, then reboot your receiver and then restart Mbox, if needed.

11) If everything isn't working you can then try to add the following files to AZbox HD's MboxCAS folder and try to start or improve the working of Mbox: mbox.prio [a must!].

11a) Then, allegedly, even ident.info, ignore.list and knows.ini [the last two I got from my old GBox, which need to be edited according to your needs, to your setup, as I mentioned earlier].

12) In my OpenXCAS folder I also have openxcas.conf looking like this [one must edit it according to the plugins one has installed]:
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
[modules]
count = 4
active_auto = true
active_1 = MultiCAS
active_2 = newcs
active_3 = mgcamd
active_4 = MboxCAS

[module_1]
name = MultiCAS
daemon = emu_module
version = 1.57C

[module_2]
name = newcs
daemon = newcs
argument = -nd
version = 1.6
xcasapi = FALSE

[module_3]
name = mgcamd
daemon = mgcamd
version = 1.32
# argument = -a 3

[module_4]
ap= Yes
name = MboxCAS
daemon = mbox_module /EMU/OpenXCAS/MboxCAS/mbox.cfg
xcasapi = TRUE
wait=13 sec
version = 0.5-7
================THE LAST WARNING===============

AZbox HD, its firmware, is still in developmental stage and so are the programs/plugins that go with it. It all keeps changing, evolving! Ergo, KEEP YOUR COOL, BY KEEPING THIS IN MIND!Things are not yet perfect but they are improving!!!

Good luck to you all!!

 IP Channel function
Hello,

As from last FW You can see in Settings, TV Channels, option called IP Channel. This option in feature releases of new FW's will allow You full range of IP Streaming to Your AzBox HD ( Like streaming from sime live Internet streams like Joshua TV is ).

First of all, i have tested this using VLC RC1 1.0.0.

I successfully streamed new Fast and Furious 2009.

So let's go :

Download and install VLC RC1 1.0.0, Run it, go in Media, than select Streaming ( CTRL+S ), choose file from Your PC, go on tab called Network, and choose as Protocol RTP, in Address field put local IP address of Your AzBox HD, and You can leave port 1234.

NOTE: If You have SkyStar 2 or TV Tunner card on Your PC You can also stream material from that Source to Your AzBox HD ( This is very good if You have Security Camera, connected to Your PC, so You can always access it by IP Channel ).

In AzBox HD Settings, go on TV Channel, IP Channel, press ok in IP or Host field put local IP Address of Your PC , as port put 1234, and save it. ( Even if it show You fail to save channel or something else, do not worry, he saved it ). Now You have to go inside of Channel List, go on Satellites, and down there You will find 0.0 IP Channel, and press ok to enter in that folder and You will find Channel with name which You created in IP Channel option.

That is all for now.

[Tuto] Full backup of Azbox configuration
To perform a full backup easily of the folders /PLUGINS and /DISK2 without loosing the access right (no more need to perform chmod 755).

Connect via telnet to Azbox and type the following command:
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
cd /
tar -cvzf /tmp/bckPLUGINS.tgz /PLUGINS
tar -cvzf /tmp/bckDISK2.tgz /DISK2
Perform a FTP transfer of the following two files to your PC:

/tmp/bckPLUGINS.tgz
/tmp/bckDISK2.tgz

Don't leave the files in the /tmp folder since it will be erased at your next Azbox reboot!

To restaure the full configuration of your Azbox (for exemple after a firmware upgrade):

First check that FTP is enabled on your Azbox:
Press Home -> 11. Settings -> Network Service -> FTP and check that it is active (otherwhise press OK to enable it).

Via FTP transfer place back the files bckPLUGINS.tgz and bckDISK2.tgz in the /tmp folder of your Azbox.

Connect with telnet to your Azbox:
Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
cd /
tar -xvzf /tmp/bckDISK2.tgz
tar -xvzf /tmp/bckPLUGINS.tgz

vfd_display -td210 REBOOT

The last command: "vfd_display -td210 REBOOT" will reboot your Azbox (reboot is mandatory).

Important:

Only perform a full backup of your configuration when your system is working properly, if you already have problems (perhaps due to a corrupted files) it is useless to perform a full backup / restore, it is too late. Because you will place back corrupted files so your problem will not be fixed.

Pr2

P.S.: Monkus draw my attention on his own tools: "monkus openxcas tools 1.5" which allow you to perform also a full backup. Google is your friend to find it
