Title: help on C and F lines

Hello,i am trying to understand the f and c lines what to give,i am sharing my local card and i have given my C line as C: server.noip.com 12000 username password no { 0:0:2 }
AND f line as F: Username Password 2 0 0 { 0:0:2 }
is this ok to get good reshare on mine and his card.thanks
