- Added Media Center Menu

- Added new plugin POINT Skin Setup (described in section Skins POINT)
- Added ability to disable the background image in the radio mode
- Added ability to disable top info bar in the Skinhead BlackGlass show off EMU in Skin Setup Info
- Cosmetic fixes in Skinhead BlackGlassHD
- Added call POINT Skin Setup by pressing the SWAP (the sub-web)
- Skin removed PKT_F1-Lite - now with Skin Setup can be obtained from the same Skin PKT_F1-HD
- Added support for the EmuCamInfo OSCAM (works with versions that generate ecm.info)

- Other minor fixes and performance graphics
