Update new 04 key for canal digital nl 19.2E and also for:
Eutelsat W2A (10E) 11278V S/R 2893 FEC 3/4
WDS TV (Sport Channel, listed as English Audio)
copy and paste in sblc plugins folder this v_keys
caid preselect card+emu+cs or card+cs..sharing protocol mode hsic.
tested at the moment is ok and work
