How to retrieve default password (e1)
This small howto is for those who forgot password in dreambox.
This is based on Gemini and NABILO images E1
First you need is to download
Tuxcommander Plugin from the
addons panel.You will see like a folder tree.
Go on
VAR and press
OK.
Go on
etc and press
OK.
Go on
passwd and press
4(edit)
Press
OK on the first line, and you must edit so the line reads like this:
root:V26.Uf.kSvoYg:0:0::/:/bin/shThen press
EXIT and select
YES (to save the changes)
Then press
EXIT again and
YES (to save current settings)
Your default
dreambox password is now restored.
