please I need help!!! My Strong 4900hd keep freezing and also keep shutting down, when it freeze i will have to switch on and off before it would come back.... sometime it will just suck on START UP.

I don't know if you found the solution but i think you should change your Fireware or put a fan on your receiver to cool it.
