Slovak Telecom grows FTTH coverage

Slovakia Telecom’s FTTH network now covers over 315,000 households, or 100,000 more than a year ago.
The network, which serves 19 cities including Banska Bystrica, Kosice and the capital, Bratislava, is used to deliver the Magio TV digital TV service and broadband internet access at speeds of up to 80 Mbps.
According to the operator, will be rolled out to more areas in these cities, as well as to new locations, throughout this year.
