+ Added support for the provider $ CT;
+ Added support for the provider C + NL;
+ Restored support for reading card NDZ 001;
+ Added support for reading card NDZ 002; (NOT TESTED *)
+ Fix minor, NB

- (*) Unfortunately we have not been able to do some tests, for which support is theoretical. NDZ 002 cards may suffer overheating linked to an incorrect setting of the voltage from the device, so we recommend testing under protection of a blocker changes.
The NKDevTeam assumes no responsibility 'in case of danneggiaento the card.
