Title: IPBox SD Images

AB Enigma 050110 for AB IPBox SD series 250

Change log:

- new static method for displaying MessageBoxes
this reduces the size of Enigma Binary by 8 KB
and makes SourceCode more readable

- Make almost all Dialogs skinnable
(this reduces the size of the Enigma binary by 50 KB)

- fix uncommitted switch

- fix manual update dialog window

- new dialog in expert setup for epg settings.
allows selection of user defined path for epg-cache storage
