My value is : Peak load (max queued requests per workerthread): 313 7 5 2

Is this too high and if yes how can i avoid it ?

i have cccam 2.2.1 on db 7020

Yes, your load is too high , please be sure that your emm is disabled , and upgrade your server's hardware..
