The only UK television channel run by a charity will be the first to show the advert, which was meant to be an anti bullying campaign but somehow found itself being banned from the television by the regulator BACC.
However around forty nine MPs signed an early day motion in support of the advert and called for the ban to be overturned.
Now the TV regulator has a new name, Clearcast, and a new attitude, and has lifted the ban on the £1.2 million advert, which was created by M&C Saatchi in memory of Megan Gillan who last year committed suicide following a bullying campaign at school and online.
The advert, which was commissioned by beatbullying.org.uk, will now be shown on the Community Channel and it is hoped that other channels will follow its lead.
