In Plain Sight'

Series' Third Season, Bowing March 31, Will Also Feature Weber, Harper, Cooke

USA Network series In Plain Sight has boosted its roster of guest stars for its upcoming third season.
The show, starring Mary McCormack as Mary Shannon, a U.S. Marshal working for the witness protection program, will be joined by Rita Moreno and Allison Janey. In Plain Sight, which had aired on Sundays, returns on a new night, Wednesday, beginning March 31 at 10 p.m.

Steven Weber (Wings, Studio 60), Tess Harper (No Country for Old Men, AMC's Breaking Bad) and Josh Cooke (Committed, Four Kings) have also been cast to guest star.
An Oscar, Emmy and Grammy winner, Moreno (Cane, The Guardian) will play Rita, the aunt of Raph (Cristian de la Fuente), Shannon's fiancée. Janney, the four-time Emmy winner (The West Wing, Juno) is a newly appointed U.S. Marshal who butts head with Shannon.

Weber stars in two episodes as a brilliant and charming FBI agent who has different point of view on the handling of federal witnesses. Harper will appear as a take-no-prisoners federal prosecutor who thinks a win in court is the most important thing. Cooke plays the role of the very first witness of Mary and Marshall's (Frederick Weller) first case together.
Additionally, two-time Grammy winner Liz Phair (90210, Swingtown) is on board as the show's music composer.

As previously announced, showrunner John McNamara (The Fugitive, Eyes) has joined the show this year as writer/executive producer.
In Plain Sight -- which USA official said was the most-watched series on basic cable on Sundays last year, averaged 5 million total viewers, including 2.07 million persons 18 to 49 and 2.43 million adults 25 to 54 -- is shot entirely on location in and around Albuquerque, N.M.
