TF1 completes SPS acquisition

French commercial broadcaster TF1 has acquired complete control of online gaming company SPS.
Regulatory authorities approved the deal, which sees TF1 acquire the 50% in the company that it did not currently own, after the deal was announced last month. TF1 acquired the company from investment fund Serendipity.
