Came a new version of software 2.31.

What's new??

1) DigiTV Auto
2) Limit the Orbit Smartcard EMM too fast.

The first point is interesting because who looks digi TV and worn out hands the keys to enter.
The second item of interest to those who have cards orbits.

More nothing new, the rest can not update the software and stay on version 2.28
