one zip files is IPK files the other is a thar zip
Unzip the File and copy the whole Folder to :
/usr/lib/enigma2/phyton/Plugins/Extensions
set the Attributs to 755 for that Folder now open the Folder
and set the Attributs for all Files inside to 644
Restart Enigma2 done.
