Update for Omnia Plus Card 10/11/20010

Please use the loader and the file "with" or "without" AES
depending by your box.
With AES: all the boxes not managing AES post decryption
Very important the box should check the spot 0x11
for choosing the ecm to send (05 67 or 06 15).
The spot can be checked as follow:
87 02 00 00 03

box->card: 00 00 11
90 00

87 04 00 00 07
04
card->box: 00 00 00 04 00 00 00
90 00
87 06 00 00 04
06
card->box: 01 02 xx yy
90 00

Without AES: all the boxes managing AES post decryption
(ie.: TNTSat and Canal Ready boxes)

Omnia Plus Card Updates
don´t works in cccam!

but can confirm works with oscam!!

tested with oscam 1.00 build #3814

works really great!but for me not usefull!

have some nagracards and all together(nagra & omnia) don´t works for me!
and so i´ve to set priority!my original nagras are for me much important then omnia!

here are my cfgs for tnt
