CCcam installed - what now?

I have a DM800HDse running NewNigma 2 v3.2.2 and have installed the latest CCcam (2.3 I think)

What do I do next to card share? What are the best cardsharing sites? Are they all paying or are there any good free ones? I want UK SKY TV.

What do I have to do in my Dreambox to enable it to card share.

I'm still a bit new to this but am learning.
