MTV Baltics facing bankruptcy

MTV Baltics, which went off the air indefinitely in November last year, is facing bankruptcy.

VZ reports that the administrator Valeksa, though still not in receipt of all the channel’s accounts, believes its debts to be in excess of LTL1 million (â,¬289,500).

MTV Baltics made its debut in September 2006 and was operated by the Israeli company Ananey Communictions.

It was replaced in the Baltic Republics by MTV Europe.
