MPCS/FTV-Configuration options for Nagra3

When you configure a reader-Nagra3 FTV in MPCS-2 information must be provided for communication with the card:
- N3_boxkey - boxkey module / tuner, served with no spaces
- N3_rsakey - RSA for the cards, given no spaces
