How to set CCcam on Vu+ Solo?

Hi all,
Just bought my Vu+, I was wondering if someone could guid me to the right direction. The box is untouched and I don't know much.
Please don't hesitate to give me the links, guid me to the right threads...
A tutorial for biginners is much appreciated.

I Did, it comes up with a few posts, I appreciate that they might work for someone who knows what he's doing, but not a biginner like me!
In fact I'm after a tutorial or something that takes me step by step.
