Dreambox Config Creator v0.9.0

Change Log :
Major changes to the general GUI.
A new Menu form.
Seperate forms for each different config arrangement.
Added the ability to add external readers (Smargo & Omnikey) in both NewCS and CCcam.
MGCamd config removed in this release.
NewCS advanced mode disabled in this release.
Compatible with the new CCcam 2.1.3 for Sly UK.
Many other bug fixes and minor improvments.
