- if you have CCcam in your dream only, you dont need cccam_servers.cfg -
delete it - if you managing many servers, simly edit cccam_servers.cfg
- if you want change design, simply edit the file - GSU_skins.py

- added displaying blocked servers/clients (using # like #C: server....,
 #N: .... #F: ..... in the file cccam.cfg)
- added enable/disable server/client via 1-button (green/blue) - all changes
 are applyed immediate - after change refresh begin automaticaly
- added manual refresh button in screens servers/clients
- added short start some screens via "short blue button" - working in CVS
 images only
- added short start some screens via plugins
