New kids channel for Chello

Chello Central Europe has unveiled the official brand and logo for its new Hungarian children’s channel.

Known as Megamax, it will be aimed at 7-14 year olds, offering Hungarian-dubbed versions of popular cutting edge animation from around the globe, and make its debut on April 18.

Chello Central Europe is a business unit of Chellomedia, the international content division of Liberty Global, and focuses on content bra$$$ in Central Europe.

Its portfolio includes Sport1, Sport2, Sport, Filmmúzeum. Minimax, Spektrum, Spektrum Home, TV Paprika, Zone Club, Zone Romantica, Zone Europa, Club TV and a joint venture with MGM, as well as Megamax.

It also operates the leading Polish thematic ad sales agency AT Media.
