nline from csp to ccam disconect problem

i have problem from line gos from csp to cccam  
my line disconect and conect som times  take 1 hour to discounct and some times 20min

but have many local   in my csp

and  itrayed all option in csp

and dont find solution to fix timing from my n line

example this 3line are dircactly from same csp  
 and on has disconect and second still conected
