how to install latest version of oscam on vu duo?

hello, im  a total 100% noob.
im trying to install a newer version of oscam.

i have a vu duo. i need an ipk file to install it, but in the 'latest version of oscam' thread i can't seem to see this?

if i dont need an ipk file, how do i install the latest version on a vu duo? where do i put the files?
