delaying scrambled channel open

hi guys

can any one tell me how to make the cccam open scrambled faster cause some times open fast and some times delay

and one more thing i connect the tv on the av connection (cbvs) yellow when it powerd on the screen start appears like fade in .is it normal ?if not how to fix

but otherwise the box is exellent.
