Rare locals: UPC 653 and 1815 full HD with all options

My local wery rare 1rd3t0 card, caid 653-ecm time ~80ms, 2nd card caid 1815, 3rd card caid 0d97, all option, full hd pack on Thor 1°west, all channels working. Small and stable server, always online.
I need these cards, only local, no hop:
-All full cards on 1°W, 4°W, 30°W, 5°E, 9°E, 16°E, 31,5°E, 39°E, 42,5°E.
-All rare cards and all PPV pack.
