Is Viaccess 2.6 hacked? How?

This is my first post and I have to say "Sorry my english is not the best" .

I heard that Viaccess 2.6 is hacked. But I'm not sure if this is true or not. Can anybode give me the true answer?

And, when it should be true. How did they do that and how can I do that?
I saw a Viaccess Decrypt Tool. But I can't find it anymore. And as I saw it, I didn't know how to handle. Anybody a tutorial for that?

What is ECM?

Hmmm.... I doesn't help me much. I see that it is possibel in a way. But I can't see anything about how to do this.
