camd35 protocol - reactivate sleepsend parameter. In case of a sleeping user a CMD08 become send with 2 Bytes. The first byte is 0x00 and the second byte is the value of parameter sleepsend (0-255) normally this second byte should let the native camd3 sleep for this value (minutes)
