cline info

thanks for having me. this is my first post so please be gentle with me

i have 2 boxes
1 is a openbox s9hdpvr
the other is a starview hd combo
my friend told me to try out his cline on the openbox
he gave me his openbox for 2 days
trouble is i dont know how to find the cline or even if it is possible
is it?
if yes then how can i find it?
do i need 2 clines for my boxes?
where can i get them?
how much?

is it safe?
you can see i need a lot of info here but i am sure there are some geniuses out there.

i am in the uk if that means anything
