The Blue-Experience Skin for VTI

Da aktuell mir kein e2 skin so richtig gefällt musste ich selbst Hand anlegen. Was mir wichtig war: 1. Große schrift 2. Design in transparent blau und das ganze ohne viel Schnick-Schnack. Getestet nur auf VTI. Ist zwar noch beta aber funktioniert recht zuverlässig und flüssig.

wetter_config.sh wird nun automatisch in /usr/script/ kopiert wenn keine Vorhanden ist.
