These are vanilla ffdshow builds from the trunk.
The building environment is as follows:

Common components:
* DirectX SDK 9.29.1962 (June 2010)
* Inno Setup v5.4.2 unicode
* MinGW GCC 4.6.0 stable

ICL 12 builds:
* Intel C++ Composer v12.0.3.132

MSVC 2010 builds:
* Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1
* Microsoft Windows SDK v7.0A
