I make to say this reciver work fine with CCcam and excelent work with newcamd

i make some tests with Cccam servers connection and on my server work good

there i put CCcam cfg file like example , just need put your server information inside and save to reciver

no it does not work for me using newcamd
besides I believe in your config DES key is missing for newcamd

New Firmware 28-5-..10

There seems to be newer firmware available for the SatHawk variant of this STB (same hardware) which fixes the AC3 problem and also the problem with not being able to use a Disecq switch with motorized system. However, if you use this firmware you will find there is no cccam available.. There is no call for cccam in US it seems!

The first thing to do is save the downloaded firmware file on a USB flash disk.
Plug USB disk to the back of your receiver. It will be recognized by the receiver.

1. Before upgrade, do a Factory Reset:

* Go to TOOLS menu and click on Factory Settings
* Click Yes to continue. The receiver will go to factory default and restart.

2. Upgrade Firmware:

* Click on MENU and go to TOOLS menu again
* Scroll down to "Upgrade by USB"
* Click on START
* After the loading is completed, Accept the upgrade.
* The receiver will restart.

3. After upgrade, do another Factory Reset:

* Go to TOOLS menu and click on Factory Settings
* Click Yes to continue. The receiver will go to factory default and restart.
