- rewrote main code
- timeshift and PIP/multi vision/recordings should work ok now.
WARNING: this version will be out only for original cuberevo-digital software. Enigma2 and clones
version will be out on next release (as soon as possible), i would like to check at first if
bugs (for sure some there are) and how many are there.

Functionality disabled: emulator, server side and web interface. (will be added as soon as possible)
Actually works only like: cccam, gbox, newcamd 5.20, newcamd 5.25, radegast old, radegast new, aroureos, camd 33, camd 35 clients
All clients are working like cccam (reconnecting when server will be down and not like on previous release when changing channel)

- fixed a bug on LIGTV HD and other channels with demux problems
- fixed a bug using newcamd protocol for 1rd3t0 smartcards
- re-added software emulators support (check SoftCam.Key file to know how to add keys, if some codifies aren't working perfectly please report it)
