- add Cryptoworks ORF to newcamd emu
Easy.TV will not be supported according to newcamd policy because
since they've started Internet activation, it can be subscribed to by
everyone from every country without discrimination. Newcamd will only
support providers that refuse to let people subscribe officially when
they live in the wrong place. With Easy.TV, this is not the case.
