Title: MPCS/FTV-Ready config (newcamd server, using built-in reader)
Post by: antox on June 05, 2010, 05:15:11 PM
Configuration tested on DM500s, the card C + or TNK. AU is set to the card, but unfortunately, the TNC is not working.

Administration of user account expiration date - your mpcs.user.
Two forms are allowed:

Quote
EndDate = 2009/04/30

and:

Quote
EndDate = 2009-04-30

Show ECM in the logs - mpcs.conf file.

Quote
showecmdw = 1

Show EMM in the logs - mpcs.conf file.

Quote
showemmdw = 1

Cache Blocking ECM (various levels) - file mpcs.conf.[/
b]

Blocking the main cache:

Quote
disablecache = 1

Lock re-checking in the main cache:

Quote
disablecache1 = 1

Disabling the cache from a reader:

Quote
disablecache2 = 1

Additional Options newcamd protocol useful in the unstable link - file mpcs.reader.
Podajmy time in minutes.
If at that time, there is no communication on the Reader (no exchange of ECM / DW), the connection to the server is terminating.

Quote
inactivitytimeout = 2

Time given in seconds.
After this time, the connection to the server is terminating and re-renewed. This helps in case of problematic links. Moreover, an additional parameter KeepAlive is set on a particular route to prevent occurrence of TCP TIMEOUT on the router in the absence of traffic.

Quote
forcereconnecttimeout = 360

This applies only newcamd protocol.
Newcamd protocol sets up its own filter CAID / PROVIDE.
Setting this option to 1 disables the filter which allows you to send to the server other than the CAID reported by the server.
This can cause problems, so if jestśmy not aware of what we do not aktywujmy it (default is disabled)

Quote
disableserverfilter = 1

EMMCache = 0,3,1
Group = 1
Fallback = 0

Sample configuration
It contains the most necessary (most used) configurations.
Most of them are locked, so just unlock (remove the # sign) from the selected section and enter your data.

File mpcs.guess
MPCS If the customer does not receive the correct CAID (specifically, the terms of CAID = 0) may try to recognize the CAID on the basis of length-and ECM. To enable him to make up your mpcs.guess belong.
Sample contents of this file, taking into account our native platform digits *Cyfra +, PolsaT, and TNK:

Quote
64:0100 # Length of ECM for Cyfra +
92:1801 # Length of ECM for Polsat
47:0 B00 # Length of ECM for TNK
4E: 0B00 # Length ECM for TNK Disneychannel It!!
