Deutsche Telekom adds channels

Deutsche Telekom is to add the channels 'Animal Planet' and 'Discovery Channel' to the programme lineup of its IPTV service 'T-Home Entertain' from March 8th.

The channels will be included in its new 'Doku' package, which also includes the channels 'History', 'National Geographic', and other documentary channels.

Deutsche Telekom had reached over 800,000 subscribers for T-Home Entertain by the end of 2009, and over 1mn packages sold.
