AAF Hot Summer Version 2 Image VU+ Duo

E2 update

-- MEDIA PLAYER
- Fix skip funciotn problem when there is a subtitle.
- Fix pause/unpause problem
- Support FF( up to x8 ) trick mode


Driver update

- Separate gcc 4.4.3 version and 4.1.1 version
- Make screen blank when zapping
- Enhance tuning algorithm
- Support more mkv file formats.
- Fix occasional "no audio" problem in playback
- Fix "late audio play" problem in playback
- Support FF trick mode in playback
- Adjust memory allocation(Solo, needs a kernel update)
- Support DTS Passthrough(Solo)
- Fix vtuner frontend info
- Support EOS detection in playback driver
- Fix mp3 playback problem
- Fix "late audio problem" in recording playback.
- Fix trickmode timing-bar display
- Fix remote control *** loss problem
- Fix VFD dolby display problem in standby(duo)
- Fix progrssive proc information
- Fix back ground image problem in radio mode
- Clean up frontend driver

Configurable color buttons:

BlueKey Action: bind a extension to the blue button ( Default/Softcam/single EPG/multi EPG/graphic EPG/MyTube Player/AAF-Panel)
RedKey Action: bind the AAF-Panel to the red button ( Default/AAF-Panel )
GreenKey Action: Shows the plugin browser when the channel has no subchannels (not configurable )

Known bugs :

- Some skins give a GS when using MediaPlayer
- Cccam.info give a GS with Avi,Mytube
