if you want to show someone of your peers that you have local card (if I understand well you dont have it) someone has to give you his N line (from his card that is runing in newcs or oscam) and at the end of desk key you put 256 and card will be show in your server on hop 0 and to perr will come on hop 1 (as local card), with that trick you will have "local card", that will not increase to speed of your net connection and will not done any damage to your peer and no one will notice that you dont have a local card, that trick causses no damage to anyone...........
