I have a Ziggo 604 only server running with a local ziggo card with TV-Totaal and HD packages.
The server has 190+ cards on hop1 and 2!
All Ziggo packages are available.

Film1
Sport1
Erdivisie Live
Erotic
Gay
Chinese
Turkish
Hindi
I'm still looking for extra cards to get all these packages on hop1. Do you have a local Ziggo 604 (@home) card with at least 1 premium package? Then you can join the server.
