V0.11 dated 30.01.2013 - SVN 8236

- SVN update, based on a fix for the Coolstream + meaningful improvements in log-Newcamd

From V0.11 should for connections via cccam ext doscam to be set at the client reader following entry to avoid identification records on the server:
